Occidental Leon Alfonso V Hotel, Leon

I had a great stay at this hotel, with bright, comfy, and spacious rooms on the 8th floor. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, although the bathroom door didn't offer much privacy. The WiFi in my room was a bit of a letdown, but it seemed to work fine in other rooms.

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms, while clean and comfy, looked nothing like the pictures we saw when booking. The service was a mixed bag - somewhat unhelpful at times but very accommodating as well. The location was the highlight, being right in the city center with easy access to many attractions. The dining options were a bit pricey and left something to be desired compared to other places we've been. Overall, a decent place with room for improvement.
